Passionate about fashion from a young age, Hayley began her career in retail before going on to work in the head office with leading high-street brands and gaining a BA (Hons) in Jewellery Design from Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design. After travelling the world, she launched her own jewellery brand, selling worldwide and gaining first-hand experience of the creative and commercial sides of the industry. In 2006, Hayley moved into fashion recruitment, where she went on to successfully run her own agency for over 15 years, building an exceptional network and reputation for placing top talent across design, production and technical roles. She has now joined forces with TRP, bringing deep industry knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for connecting great people with great brands.
