1. Senior Recruitment Consultant - Retail & Head Office Department 


Are you passionate about the fashion and retail industry and looking for an exciting new career opportunity? Do you want to work in a friendly, fast-paced and fun working environment? Look no further! This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background working in Fashion Retail and or Head Office recruitment who is looking for a new challenge.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our expanding Retail and Head Office division, working on a variety of roles including: Buying, E-Commerce Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail Operations. Your previous experience of working in the industry or in recruitment will be key to your success in this dynamic and exciting time of our growth.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a sales-driven individual with a good understanding of the industry. You will receive excellent training on an ongoing basis, as well as the opportunity to work autonomously when needed. A great commission structure and, above all, a fantastic working environment with a supportive team.

Person requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience within Fashion Retail and or Head Office
  • Ability to engage with and develop new and existing customers
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive attitude with good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Team player who is always looking to go the extra mile to support the rest of the team

2. Fashion Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator - Design, Production & Technical Department


We are currently looking to expand our team and wish to recruit a Resourcer/Administrator to support the Design, Production and Technical department.

You will need to have a background in fashion and a good understanding of wholesale, design & production. A successful candidate will have excellent administrative and IT skills, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, as well as having excellent prioritisation and clear communication skills - written and verbally.

As a Resourcer at TRP you will receive excellent training on an ongoing basis, a great commission structure and, above all, a fantastic working environment with a supportive team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Resource suitable candidates for specific job roles across Wholesale, Design, Production & Technical and occasionally head office roles using job boards
  • Updating our candidate database
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and book in suitable candidates for consultants
  • Write and post job adverts, as well as being responsible for maintaining accurate records using Excel
  • Visit clients with Consultants
  • Profile candidates by telephone and Skype
  • Format CV's for consultants to company standards
  • Occasional management of projects set by management

Person requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a fashion supplier/retailer within an administrative capacity
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive attitude with good time management and prioritisation
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Team player and always looking to go the extra mile to support the team
  • Previous fashion recruitment experience as a Resourcer or Researcher is preferred
