We are a working with a leading fashion supplier based in London, working with some of the UK's most well-known high street retailers. They are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer specialising in lingerie and sleepwear to join their team.

As a Junior Designer, you'll support the design team in creating and developing commercial collections across lingerie and sleepwear that meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced market. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, from trend research and concept development to customer presentations and sample fittings.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in designing seasonal collections across lingerie and sleepwear ranges
• Research and interpret key trends, colours, and fabrics to support creative direction
• Develop CADs and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator
• Assist with range development, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Attend fit sessions and liaise with the technical and production teams
• Communicate effectively with Buyers and internal stakeholders
• Support with sample management and adhoc tasks

Person Specifications:

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous design experience across lingerie and sleepwear
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong eye for colour, fabric, and trend direction
• Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
