Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global fashion brand known for its vibrant identity, inclusive values, and loyal community. As Wholesale Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of product from warehouse to wholesale partners across the globe. Sitting at the centre of operations, you will coordinate deliveries, manage logistics processes, and act as a key link between internal teams and external partners. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where you can take ownership of processes, build strong relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic fashion business.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinate wholesale logistics activity, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time to global partners.
- Act as a key point of contact between wholesale customers and internal teams including sales, production, finance, and warehouse.
- Manage customer deliveries, including booking shipments through partner portals and coordinating warehouse collections and DC deliveries.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade requirements and Incoterms.
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively resolve any issues to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Track logistics performance including delivery KPIs, warehouse charges, and shipping costs.
- Maintain accurate wholesale system data across pricing, delivery terms, and inventory.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, efficiency, and operational performance.
Person Specification:
- Experience within wholesale logistics, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Understanding of international shipping processes, trade compliance, and Incoterms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confident working with data and systems, with good Excel and ERP system experience (Mintsoft desirable).
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and building strong relationships.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
