Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Coordinator to join a highly regarded luxury brand. Working closely with the Production Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of the production process across leather goods and accessories.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational discipline with exceptional attention to detail, supporting the transition from development through to bulk production while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and delivery performance.

Based in the London office 5 days a week. You MUST speak Italian to be considered for this role.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production data across internal systems, including vendor records, SKU set-up, compositions, and delivery timelines.

  • Assist in the transition from development to bulk production, ensuring all approved specifications, construction details, and quality standards are accurately implemented by factories.

  • Liaise closely with manufacturing partners to confirm capacities, lead times, pre-production milestones, and factory readiness, escalating potential risks where necessary.

  • Monitor and support key milestones including PPS approvals, packaging validation, and bulk sign-off to ensure timelines are met.

  • Raise and manage bulk and sample purchase orders, verifying quantities, pricing, packaging requirements, and delivery dates.

  • Support the ordering, allocation, and tracking of packaging materials, ensuring alignment between packaging quantities and production volumes.

  • Track production progress, monitor order status, follow up on delays, and assist in preparing accurate production updates and reports for internal stakeholders.

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in Italian.

  • Past experience within a production or supply chain role, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong data accuracy and systems management capability.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Clear, professional communication skills when engaging with both internal teams and external vendors.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate and mitigate production risks.
