Job description


We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Admin Assistant to join a design-led, multi-category fashion supplier.
Based in London, they are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to support the Sales Managers with the smooth running of orders and day-to-day account administration. This is a fast-paced, admin-focused role where organisation, attention to detail and a proactive mindset are key.
This position would suit someone who loves fashion, is highly motivated, eager to learn and grow, and enjoys being a reliable support to a busy sales team, with real exposure to the fashion industry and opportunity to develop your career.


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Managers

  • Assisting with order processing, raising and sending order confirmations

  • Maintaining and updating order trackers, critical paths, and internal systems

  • Liaising with factories and internal teams to gather updates on orders

  • Monitoring approvals and ensuring all relevant information is logged accurately

  • Chasing outstanding information to ensure deadlines are met

  • Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets for customer meetings

  • Supporting with sample coordination and shipment tracking

  • Attending meetings where required and sharing clear notes and action points

  • Assisting with general office administration to support the wider sales team

Person specification:


  • Ideally some previous experience in an admin, sales support, or fashion-related role

  • A genuine interest in fashion and the industry

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with different teams

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
