Wellbeing at TRP: It’s Not a Perk. It’s the Point.

​Let’s be honest, “wellbeing” gets thrown around a lot.
It’s in job ads, on company values posters, and it shows up in LinkedIn captions.
But at TRP? It’s not a buzzword. It’s how we run the business.

With Employee Appreciation Day coming up on 6 March 2026, we’ve been reflecting on what appreciation really means. And spoiler alert: it’s not cupcakes in the kitchen or a once-a-year thank-you email. 🧁✉️

It’s the small, consistent things - the everyday signals that say: you matter here.

Flexibility that’s actually flexible.

Yes, we have Work From Home Fridays. And yes, a one minute commute down the stairs is definitely a perk 😉

But it’s bigger than that.

It’s space to breathe at the end of a busy week. To do the school run without stress. To take a lunchtime walk. To focus without office noise. To finish Friday feeling human — not fried. 🌿

And then there’s Work From Anywhere Day. Not just home. Anywhere. 🌍
A new city. A seaside coffee shop. A familiar sofa steeped in comfy throws and plenty of “hygge” – wherever that may be. Somewhere that simply makes life just work better that day.

We trust our people to deliver - and to choose the environment that helps them do their best work. That trust? That’s wellbeing.

We build teams, not just job titles.

Yes, we work hard. But we also know how to do team dinners, themed office days, random Wednesday laughs together “just because” and play “Spin the Wheel” at our weekly Thursday meetings for prizes, complete with music and, hell yeah, Michael McIntyre impersonations if the mood so takes us. 🎤😂
Nothing is off the table.

Those moments aren’t fluff.
They’re how real relationships are built - and real relationships make tough days manageable and big goals achievable.
