She held buying positions at The White Company, Dorothy Perkins, and Mothercare before launching her own successful business, Wildfire Teepees, which was stocked globally by retailers like Selfridges, Barneys, and Amazon. This hands-on experience in retail, eCommerce, and branding gives her valuable insight into the skills needed for these industries.
After running her business, Lindsey moved into supplier account management, working with major high-street and supermarket brands. Now, as a recruitment consultant, she leverages her industry expertise to connect top talent with the right opportunities, ensuring businesses find candidates who truly understand their sector.
