They are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a proven track record in growing key accounts and fostering strong client relationships. They are looking for an individual with strong links with buyers in the mid market,arena ideally with retailers including Oliver Bonus, Sea Salt, Sosander, or overseas LLP & Reserved

You'll be fully supported by a talented in-house team across Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Admin, empowering you to deliver outstanding results. My Client is open to Full or Part time or Consultancy Contracts for the right individual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and or Europe, ensuring alignment with the company's product range and strengths.
  • Build and execute effective sales strategies to secure high-profile retail clients.
  • Collaborate closely with partner factories in China, India, and Italy to create product ranges that meet client needs.
  • Manage key accounts from the initial pitch to successful onboarding.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
  • Monitor and manage costs, ensuring they stay within budget limits.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop products tailored to client demands.
  • Negotiate pricing to achieve margin and profitability goals.

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in multiproduct ladieswear, specializing in Jersey, Woven, and Knitwear.
  • Strong background in business development within a supplier setting.
  • A proven history of building and maintaining relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think quickly and strategically, ensuring on-time delivery with a high standard of quality.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
