About the Brand
My client is a growing fashion ladieswear brand with ambitious plans to scale both online presence and revenue. With a strong product offering and clear brand identity, they are now seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of their digital growth strategy and drive significant online sales.

The Role
This is a key position within the business. They are looking for an experienced and hands-on E-Commerce Manager with a proven track record of growing online sales within a fashion brand. You will be responsible for the website's overall performance, digital marketing strategy, and social media alignment to ensure consistent brand growth and increased revenue.
You must be commercially minded, data-driven, have a proven track record with a similar brand, and be confident leading digital initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Main Responsibilities & Duties
* Own and manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is fully optimised for sales, user experience, and conversion
* Develop and execute a clear online growth strategy to increase traffic, conversion, and average order value
* Analyse performance data, including sales, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement
* Drive digital marketing activity, including paid social, PPC, email marketing, and SEO in line with brand objectives
* Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure strong product launches and online campaigns
* Oversee website content, merchandising, and product presentation to maximise sales
* Manage online promotions, pricing strategy, and stock availability
* Lead and support the social media strategy, ensuring alignment between social content and commercial goals
* Monitor competitors and market trends within the fashion sector
* Manage external agencies where required

Skills and Experience Required
* Proven track record of growing online sales for a fashion brand
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, PPC, SEO and email marketing
* Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fashion retail
* Experience working with social media platforms to drive brand engagement and revenue
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
