Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Sales and Operations Executive to join the leading global brand Reebok based in London.
In this role, you will support B2B operations and play a key part in ensuring our customers' orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to work closely across Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Produce and manage orderbooks aligned to customer requirements and business targets.
  • Accurately enter orders and maintain customer data, including pricing, part numbers and VAS.
  • Review orders prior to shipping to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Analyse orderbooks to identify risks and communicate any shipping challenges to customers and internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Support order allocation and maintain communication with the warehouse to ensure efficient shipment preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing support on pricing, credits, invoices and queries.
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback on recurring issues, and support improvements to enhance customer experience.


Person Specifications:

  • General office experience with demonstrable success in administrative or operational roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using ERP systems (STYLEman desirable).
  • Proven B2B customer service or operations experience, ideally within UK retail accounts.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about customer service, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
