Join the global brand Reebok as an Amazon Account Specialist, where you'll manage the full product catalogue, optimise listings, and lead Brand Store strategy. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive sales, improve conversion, and provide actionable insights from performance data. This is a fast-paced role offering hands-on impact on e-commerce growth.
Main Responsibilities will Include:
- Manage and maintain the full product catalogue via Vendor Central, ensuring accurate content, correct categorisation, and compliance with platform requirements.
- Optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, imagery) to improve visibility and conversion across new and existing items.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations to support smooth order flow and resolve any operational issues.
- Lead the development and ongoing optimisation of the Brand Store, ensuring consistent and engaging seasonal updates.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and account health, identifying issues and working cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to drive catalogue readiness, conversion rates, and overall sales growth.
Person Specifications:
- Previous experience managing an Amazon account, ideally within a 1P Vendor Central environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
