Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced sample cutter to join and support the busy team of a successful womenswear supplier based in London for well-known high street retailers
The ideal candidate
- Work closely with the machinists and pattern cutters
- Ensuring high cutting standards are met, with accuracy and at a good pace
- Experience working with different fabrics is essential
- It is important that you are a competent cutter and able to work with prints, to match when necessary
- Be able to measure and lay out fabric accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, specialising in womenswear for UK and European High street retailers
- Able to work across product categories; / woven / jersey / softs
- Be organised and methodical, with great attention to detail.
- Must possess strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Working Hours
Full time office-based Monday - Friday
