Key Responsibilities

• 
  Create standout print designs for seasonal collections, including florals, graphics, and contemporary patterns.
• 
  Experiment with various techniques such as drawing, painting, illustration, and digital graphics.
• 
  Design across print and graphics collections with a strong understanding of brand identity.
• 
  Research and stay ahead of trends to deliver fresh, original creativity.
• 
  Demonstrate strong fabric knowledge and liaise effectively with mills and suppliers.
• 
  Attend print appointments and contribute to collaborative design sessions.

Person Specification

• 
  A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in print design within the fashion industry.
• 
  Extensive experience in ladieswear; menswear experience is a bonus but not essential.
• 
  Background in either supplier or retail/brand environments.
• 
  Exceptional creative eye with the ability to translate trends into commercial designs.
• 
  Proficiency in Adobe Photo shop and Illustrator.
• 
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 
  Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
