Known for their strong product, commercial mindset, and long-standing retail relationships, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their progressive and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy, fashion-focused professional to take ownership of key retail accounts, influence product direction, and play a hands-on role in driving sales, growth, and long-term partnerships within a fast-moving retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of supermarket and established high-street retail accounts across womenswear and multi-product ranges
Build strong, credible relationships with buying and merchandising teams to maximise sales opportunities and account growth
Drive commercial strategy across accounts, including pricing, margins, range planning, and volume forecasting
Work closely with design, technical, and production teams to deliver commercially relevant product that meets retailer requirements
Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to achieve profitable and sustainable outcomes
Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and support range expansion
Person Specification
Proven account management experience within a womenswear or multi-product supplier environment
Demonstrable experience working with supermarkets and/or well-established high-street retailers
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage volume, margin, and multiple product categories
Confident relationship builder, able to influence and negotiate at all levels
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving fashion environment
A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for product and retail
