As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the brand's visual identity, cultural relevance, and commercial success.
Main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that tap into global Gen Z markets, staying ahead of fashion, digital, and consumer trends
Managing influencer outreach teams to maximise reach and engagement across all major social media platforms
Collaborating closely with Heads of Brands and Partnerships to coordinate and ensure seamless execution of campaigns aligned with the company-wide marketing calendar
Monitoring and optimising marketing budgets in partnership with the CFO to ensure maximum ROI
Overseeing the timely delivery of content for product launches, collaborations, and social campaigns
Analysing performance data to evaluate campaign success, inform future strategies, and drive increased web traffic, brand awareness, and social followers
Leading and nurturing a talented team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaborative excellence
Presenting campaign insights and strategic plans at trade meetings and social team reviews
Implementing efficient processes that enhance team productivity while maintaining high standards across all touchpoints
Upholding the organisation's reputation and image, particularly during challenging situations, by exemplifying leadership and professionalism
Person specifications:
Experience as Head of Marketing or similar senior role in a high-profile, digital-centric environment with large budgets
Proven track record managing teams of 10 or more staff, with demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
Deep understanding of performance marketing alongside brand marketing, with a strong grasp of current trends pertinent to Gen Z consumers
Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry and youth culture
Strategic thinker with the ability to set clear visions and operational plans, coupled with a hands-on approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking full ownership of departmental success
Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present insights confidently
Creative problem solver capable of generating innovative ideas and executing them to high standards
