  • Coordinate product orders end-to-end, from initial design requests and concept approvals through to handover and delivery, ensuring timelines and accuracy are maintained.
  • Oversee retail marketing and licensing approvals, submitting creative assets for licensor sign-off, tracking approvals.
  • Monitor sales performance, orders, and KPIs, supporting forecasting, reporting, and follow-up on outstanding actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback, sharing insights with senior stakeholders to support account strategies and future growth opportunities.

Person Specification:

  • 1-2 years' experience in sales coordination, account management, or buying within fashion, sports apparel, or licensed products.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally; European language skills are a plus.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn and develop within a collaborative team.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience is advantageous.
