Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing detailed knitwear design concepts that align with brand identity and market trends.
• Creating colour palettes, sketches, and technical designs for ladieswear knitwear collections.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure designs are viable and meet quality standards.
• Staying ahead of current and emerging fashion trends, translating them into commercially successful designs.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
• Attending fittings and making adjustments to ensure design excellence from concept to final production.

Person Specifications:

• Strong knitwear knowledge within ladieswear, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Proven experience working with a supplier and understanding the production process.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and key clients.
• A creative mindset with an aptitude for trend forecasting and applying it to design concepts.

• Willingness to travel as required for supplier visits or trend research.
