Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Off-Price sales team, managing and growing key customer accounts within womenswear. Based in London, the role will suit someone commercially sharp who enjoys building strong relationships and driving revenue while protecting margin and brand integrity.
You will own the end-to-end account management process, working closely with internal teams across merchandising, supply chain, finance and brand to ensure smooth execution from range building through to delivery, with a strong focus on trading performance, forecasting and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with key off-price customers across womenswear, acting as the main day-to-day contact and leading customer meetings
- Identifying and securing new off-price opportunities to drive incremental revenue and deliver sales and margin targets
- Owning the end-to-end sales process from range building and pricing through to order placement and delivery
- Developing off-price womenswear ranges and commercially led product offers aligned to customer strategy
- Negotiating commercial terms, pricing and volumes in line with margin and stock objectives
- Monitoring sales performance, stock levels and sell-through, providing analysis, forecasts and customer insight internally
- Managing delivery updates and proactively offering commercial solutions where there are movements or risks
- Contributing to wider commercial planning, forecasting, demand planning and brand review meetings
Person specification:
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or Sales role within womenswear, off-price, wholesale or fashion retail
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of driving sales performance
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts at pace
- Confident with data, forecasting and sales reporting, with strong Excel skills
- Proactive, commercial and solution-focused, able to thrive in a fast-moving, margin-driven environment
