My client, a leading fashion supplier to trend-led high street retailers and supermarkets, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator / Junior Account Manager to join their team.

Main responsibilities

• Working alongside the Sales Manager ensuring smooth day-to-day communication with the buyers and customers
• Oversee the critical path, liaising with factories in the Far East to ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle general administration: chasing and organising samples, taking garment photos, and maintaining clear approval records.
• Working closely with the in-house design team to support seasonal collections.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Person specification

• 2-3 years' experience in a fashion supplier, sales support, or account management role.
• Strong admin and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Being able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Friendly, adaptable, and keen to grow within the fashion industry.
