We are looking for a knowledgeable We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager ready to take the next step within ladies' premium fashion retail. As the leader of the store, you will drive exceptional customer experiences, coach and inspire your team, and demonstrate deep product knowledge across premium ladieswear. With a strong eye for detail and a hands-on leadership style, you'll set the standard for excellence and represent the brand with professionalism and style.

This is based in Milton Keynes with Wednesdays and Sundays as the normal days off.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Being a brand ambassador
• Hands-on, collaborative and shop floor based
• Driving forward sales
• Responsible for maximising sales and ensuring excellent customer service
• Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
• Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
• Lead well by example, driving sales, stock and KPI performance
• Managing store performance and taking action where needed
• Minimising avoidable costs and risks in store
• Creating a positive and friendly working environment
