The Store Manager will lead the daily running of the store, driving performance, standards, and an exceptional in-store experience. They will be central to bringing a luxury homeware and gifts brand to life on the shop floor, ensuring commercial targets are met while creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers.

This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine enthusiasm for luxury homeware and gifts, and can use strong product knowledge to guide customers with confidence and care, helping them make thoughtful and informed choices.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming in-store experience for every visitor
• Build strong relationships with loyal customers and the local community
• Drive sales through confident floor leadership, effective merchandising, and strong product knowledge
• Track performance against weekly and monthly KPIs, analysing sales, footfall, and conversion
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and stock control
• Liaise with Head Office on deliveries, customer feedback, and overall store requirements

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience, ideally within homewares or lifestyle sectors
• Demonstrated success in taking ownership of store performance and achieving targets
• Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Comfortable with technology, including Shopify POS and basic reporting systems
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays and peak retail periods such as holidays and special events
