We are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sourcing & Production Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-brand fashion business. This role sits within a dynamic sourcing team and plays a key part in delivering seasonal collections across kids and adults.

The successful candidate will take ownership of critical path management, supplier relationships, and commercial sourcing decisions, ensuring product launches and deliveries run efficiently and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and critical path, ensuring timely order placement, PO management, and on-time delivery
• Work closely with merchandising, design, technical, and international offices to align production timelines and priorities
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and ethical standards are upheld
• Negotiate costs, lead times, and MOQs, ensuring company margin targets are achieved
• Manage supplier onboarding and support continuous improvement in operational processes

Person Specification

• Minimum 5 years' experience in sourcing, production or merchandising within fashion or retail
• Proven experience managing international supply chains, with strong knowledge of key manufacturing regions
• Confident negotiator with excellent supplier management and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong analytical and commercial thinking
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
