Job description

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join Reebok, a globally recognised leader in performance and lifestyle sportswear. This role focuses on driving the creative direction across key categories, combining trend-led innovation with functional design. You'll lead concept development, oversee CADs and tech packs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and merchandising.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both performance and streetwear trends, experience in global sportswear markets, and a proven ability to deliver commercially successful collections.

This role is based in Watford.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Researching trends and key items seasonally
  • Managing the critical path of all design work on both mainline and SMU projects
  • Responsible for overseeing projects with designers on the team
  • Initiate original design sketches/technical specs for all the styles following the seasonal brief.
  • Research and maintain knowledge of relevant sportswear trends
  • Putting together mood and trend boards
  • Keep up to date records of all design and development for each style, fabrication details and print
  • Put together spec sheets and technical packs for the designs
  • Attending fit session and implement changes into specs and tech packs changes to the relevant suppliers
  • Responsible for the content creation of seasonal catalogues
  • Attend customer meetings and work on SMU style design briefs
  • Travel to different location when needed for meeting with clients, brands owner, collaborators
