We are currently recruiting for several exciting new roles accross womenswear design for our client who are an innovative design led company supplying several large retailers and online business . Due to expansion and growth, they are now looking to recruit senior and mid level designers to provide the best product offering to their global customers, within the fast fashion market
.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with a team of designers to develop commercial and innovative designs and product ranges.
Have strong knowledge of current trends, social media and influencer led trends and continually innovate new and emerging product designs, shapes, fabrics and colours.
Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive technical development packs
Work end to end to ensure the delivery of technical packs through to garments in a timely, agile and coherent manner.
Collaborate with the sales and technical QA teams to ensure continuous review of sampling and development to ensure these meet and exceed the customers expectations.
Work collaboratively with the sales, merchandising, logistics and technical teams to ensure company's goals are met and exceeded.
Person Requirements
Strong womenswear background from either a retailer or supplier
Experience working within online fashion retailing
Multi product category design experience .
Knowledge of industry software and tools, technical knowledge and expertise is essential.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven commercial environment is essential.
A passion for sustainability within all aspects of the design process.
A team player approach to all aspects of the business
