Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 6-12months experience in the fashion industry to join a leading supplier to all majorl high street retailers.
They are looking for someone with a strong interest in fashion and prior experience in a merchandising, product, or administrative support role. You will support several Merchandisers with day-to-day administration and play a key role in coordinating lab dips across a wide customer base. You must be highly organised, confident working with multiple systems, and comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Action lab dips for relevant customers, add to the chart and track daily. Update customers on dips being sent, with scans attached
  • Input PO numbers, size breakdowns, and other details into Vision (PO system). Send revised POs to factories
  • Chase customer POs and follow up where required
  • Edit and send customer POs to factories
  • Update and maintain customer critical paths
  • Update factory weekly notes
  • Log colour approvals in Vision (system)
  • Chase colour and press samples, keeping customers updated throughout
  • Assist with setting up testing for cut & sew
  • Pull packaging information from customer systems and send to factories
  • Update customer systems with garment composition and product imagery
  • Enter data to make shipping bookings on customer systems
  • Manage and respond to emails daily
  • Update customer systems with BOMs and certificates
  • Support urgent issues and shipment delays, particularly on Fridays.

Person Specification:

  • Positive, proactive personality with a strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using multiple systems and MS Office
  • Previous experience in a fashion admin, merchandising, or supply chain role
  • Strong interest in fashion with awareness of current trends
  • A reliable team player who can work well under pressure.
