Job description

As PR & Communications Manager for Reebok Europe, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the brand's voice across the region. Partnering closely with the Head of Brand Connection, you will lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that strengthen Reebok's brand presence and cultural relevance in the European market.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Strategic Communications: Design and drive holistic PR strategies that support Reebok's brand goals and regional market priorities

  • Media Engagement: Build and sustain robust relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to maximise coverage and credibility

  • Content Development: Guide the creation of engaging press materials-press releases, media kits, and editorial content tailored to diverse audiences

  • Campaign Execution: Lead PR initiatives, including product launches and events, to generate buzz and consumer engagement

  • Team Integration: Collaborate with marketing, retail, and digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand communications

  • Agency Coordination: Manage partnerships with external PR agencies to optimise reach and campaign performance

  • Impact Analysis: Track, evaluate, and report on PR performance metrics, using insights to refine and enhance future strategies


Person Specifications:

  • Experience in PR and communications, ideally within fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industries

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related discipline

  • Demonstrated success in building and implementing impactful PR strategies

  • Strong network and experience in media relations and influencer engagement

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled in multitasking and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, social media trends, and performance analytics tools
