Job Description

Our client supplies and designs fashion accessories for women and girls. They specialise in designing and delivering bespoke fashion accessories working in collaboration with their customers enhancing their product offer.

They are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant with a years industry experience either during your degree or after.

THIS ROLE IS BASED NEAR BRIGHTON

Main responsibilities will include:

  • To assist Merchandising team with analysis
  • Manage inbound deliveries
  • Update the delivery schedule and create allocation plans
  • Provide accurate sales reports and analysis
  • Range Planning & Build
  • Collate accurate sales history reports to generate size mixes and support buying decisions by reflecting in buy ratios
  • Maintain and update line detail and Range Plans ensuring full accuracy at all times.
  • Communicate efficiently with the relevant departments and suppliers to ensure the critical path and delivery dates are maintained
  • Arrange delivery of all non landed goods into the warehouse
  • Collate accurate trade reports
  • Build strong relationships between departments through clear and relevant communication with regular trade updates and sales performance
  • Raise styles and purchase orders on the system and send to suppliers
