Job description

We're working with an innovative, and creative sportswear business who are seeking a Marketing Manager to design, execute and optimise integrated, data-led marketing that builds brand awareness, fuels lead generation and supports growth targets.

Based in London, the role spans digital and offline channels, partnering closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results against clear KPIs.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Planning, running and optimising multi-channel campaigns: digital (search, social, email, display, content) and offline (print, events, PR).
  • Owning the marketing budget and allocating spend to maximise ROI.
  • Briefing and managing creative/design output (in-house or agency) for campaigns and collateral.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer insight to inform plans.
  • Overseeing content production (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, social).
  • Tracking and reporting performance (lead volume, conversion, CAC, engagement, ROI) and iterating based on results.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Operations for alignment and impact.
  • Managing external partners: agencies, media vendors and freelancers.
  • Safeguarding consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Staying current with marketing trends, platforms, tools and best practices.

Person specifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing.
  • Strong analytical capability; able to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, email, content).
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Robust project management; comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficient with marketing automation/CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
