Job Description


My Client is a leading manufacturer of stylish home interiors supplying leading retailers, trade and independent boutiques throughout Europe . A fantastic opportunity has a risen based in their Head office in North West London to assist the MD and Sales director with all aspects of sales admin aswell as dealing with all marketing activities for the company including keeping all social media channels up to date and creating innovative e-shots and campaigns
Main Duties will include

  • Attending trade shows in the UK & Europe setting up the stands and liaising with potential and existing customers
  • Following up on initial order enquiries and emailing customers with relevant information
  • Chase up orders, chase deliveries of samples follow up on all order enquiries
  • Responsible for online marketing e -shots to customers
  • Update website with new products and any content
  • Responsible for company Instagram and facebook accounts
  • Working closely with MD /sales director on all aspects of the business



Person Requirements

  • An interest or experience working with interiors/ homewares
  • Previous sales admin experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines and be organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • Must be proficient in Photoshop and in design
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Knowledge of French beneficial not essential
  • Flexible attitude and the ability to multitask with a can do attitude
