Our client, an iconic luxury French accessories brand is looking for someone to join their beautiful boutique in the heart of Mayfair. This person will be responsible for all product wrapping, answering telephone enquiries, liaising with stock controllers. This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to join one of the most prestigious, sought after leather goods brands of the moment.
Main responsibilities will include:
- In charge of wrapping all customer purchases carefully and beautifully
- Responsible for dealing with the level of packaging needed
- Working with stock controllers to ensure the store is stocked with everything needed
- Answer telephone queries
- Process over the phone transactions
- Organise customer collections
Person specification:
- Be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
- Be very well presented
- Have excellent communication skills
- Understand the importance of delivering excellent customer experience
- Eye for detail
- Organised and able to think and react quickly
