This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and trend-savvy individual with a passion for menswear to work across multiproduct categories including woven and jersey for major UK and European retailers.

As a Junior Designer, you will support the Senior Design team in creating fashion-forward, commercially viable collections. This is an excellent opportunity for career development within a creative and supportive team, offering hybrid working and great company benefits.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the design team in developing innovative, trend-led woven and jersey designs across menswear

  • Create detailed CADs, technical drawings and design packs for development and presentation
  • Help source fabrics, trims, and new techniques in line with current trends and customer needs
  • Participate in design presentations and range building with internal teams and customers
  • Liaise with the production and technical teams to ensure smooth design execution and sample development
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, key competitors and consumer preferences
  • Travel to customer meetings and industry events, as needed, to support the design process

Person Specification:

  • Previous industry experience within menswear design at a retailer or supplier
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; confident with CAD and tech packs
  • Understanding of garment construction, fabrics and print techniques
  • Strong sense of style, colour, and commercial awareness
  • A collaborative team player with good communication and time management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
