Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading fashion business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a passion for shaping and implementing people strategies that drive business success.
As an HRBP, you will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, partnering closely with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organisational growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in a similar role working within FMCG or with experience within the fashion or retail sector.
Main Responsibilities will include :
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce
Champion employee engagement and cultural initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies, mitigating potential risks
Utilise HR analytics and metrics to provide insights that inform decision-making
Lead change management and organisational development projects
Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capabilities
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees
Person Specification:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within the UK
Background in the fashion, retail, or FMCG sector
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience working with HRIS and leveraging data-driven insights
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable
