A unique opportunity has arisen for the role of Director of Global Education Director for an award-winning Skincare brand. This a Senior Executive leadership role responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the strategic vision the organisation's educational initiatives globally. You must be dynamic and a visionary leader who can leverage their education, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration expertise within the global education landscape.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and drive education vision and strategy to support all relevant channel goals and align with the company's business objectives.
- Overseeing instructional design, execution, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives
- Responsible for education's Global launch strategy for new product and treatment development.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends, regulatory compliance, research, and innovations in education to drive continuous improvement and excellence in educational offerings.
- Fostering a culture of creativity within the education team, encouraging the development of cutting-edge digital first teaching methods, technologies, and content.
- Creating a strong annual global education strategy, sets key objectives and the team's individual KPI's.
- Collaborating with UK and International education leads to adapting educational strategies to local contexts and ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance.
- Lead a diverse team of education professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure high-quality programme development and delivery.
- Oversee the design and creation of educational materials, including training manuals, videos, and e-learning modules. Set projects, assign deadlines, and review performance.
- Develop and implement metrics and assessment methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of educationalprograms.
Person specifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global education leadership roles.
- UK recognised qualification required as a Skin, Spa and Body therapist. (BABTAC, CIDESCO, Diploma in Beauty Therapy)
- Strong understanding of global education trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful blended learning educational programs.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, including team building, mentoring, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
