Job description
We're looking for a commercially driven Ecommerce Merchandiser to own trading performance across the Reebok EU online channel. Sitting at the heart of the business, this role is all about driving sales, stock efficiency and customer experience through smart range planning, data-led trading decisions and close collaboration with Buying, Marketing, Operations and Content teams. Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Own day-to-day ecommerce trading performance, monitoring sales, traffic, conversion and KPIs
Drive range planning and OTB management, supporting order placement and stock flow
Analyse trading data to identify risks and opportunities, optimising sales, margin and sell-through
Support promotions, markdowns and key trading events (Black Friday, peak and seasonal sales)
Manage stock availability, replenishment and ageing stock risks across ecommerce and marketplaces
Ensure high site hygiene standards, with accurate product data, imagery, categorisation and SEO
Deliver competitor benchmarking and market insight to inform trading and merchandising decisions
Person Specifications:
Experience in ecommerce merchandising, trading or inventory management (sportswear preferred)
Essential: Footwear buying experience with proven OTB, buying or trading success
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Excel, reporting tools and ecommerce platforms
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced trading environment
Passion for digital merchandising and product performance
