Job Description
We are delighted to be recruiting for an established supplier to mid-market ladies high street retailers covering multi product across soft, tailoring, jersey and outerwear. This role will be to work closely with MD to support with the growth of existing accounts and introduction of new accounts where a good commission /bonus scheme will be provided
A strong proven track record working for a supplier in a similar role is essential for this role. You will be supported by a strong design and merchandise team . this Role offers autonomy and the chance to work in a friendly well run company
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing all orders in an organised and timely manner
- To maintain and nurture relationships with clients
- Actioning Buyers' requests re sampling
- Ensure orders taken meet delivery dates
- Liaison with the production teams and factories abroad re first and final fit samples
- Daily Liaison with Design teams on product and development for customers
- Negotiation on pricing and delivery with the production team
- Good understanding of margins and working with merchandisers and buyers
- Managing high-volume orders in an organised and timely manner
