An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful fashion supplier as a Sales Account Manager. This role offers the chance to work across ladieswear, managing and nurturing strong relationships with some of the UK's best-known high street retailers.
Our client is looking for a driven confident candidate with extensive product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the critical path from concept to production. This position is perfect for someone from a fashion supply background who combines strong numerical skills with creative flair and a genuine passion for product development.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing strong relationships with existing retail accounts.

  • Working closely with overseas factories to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Costing products, negotiating prices, and making sure deliveries stay on track.

  • Sourcing new fabrics and developing exciting new supplier relationships.

  • Attending buyer meetings to discuss ranges, pricing, delivery times, and product feedback.

  • Collaborating with talented design teams to bring fresh ideas to life.

  • Going on inspiration and shopping trips globally with the design team.

  • Developing smart sales plans to hit and exceed targets.

  • Managing the full critical path to keep orders moving from start to finish.



Person specification:

  • Previous experience in womenswear at a fashion supplier.

  • Strong product development skills

  • Great numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - comfortable liaising with factories and clients.

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment.

  • A proactive, positive attitude and a real passion for product.
