We are partnering with a leading UK high-street fashion supplier, renowned for delivering trend-led collections to some of the biggest names in retail. They are now seeking a Womenswear Wovens Designer to join their passionate, creative, and collaborative London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to design for major womenswear accounts, where you'll combine creativity with sharp commercial insight to produce bestselling woven collections. Working in a supportive environment, you'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas while building strong relationships with major retailers.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Translate catwalk trends and street style inspiration into innovative yet commercial woven womenswear collections.
• Conduct in-depth trend research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Design across multi-product woven categories with a focus on delivering fresh, fashion-forward designs.
• Liaise with international factories to ensure design intent is realised to the highest standard.
• Present collections confidently to buyers, nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
• Travel for inspirational shopping trips, trade shows, and overseas factory visits.
• Deliver ranges that balance creativity, wearability, and commercial success.

Person specification:

• Previous experience as a Womenswear Wovens Designer, preferably within a supplier environment.
• Strong CAD design skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A strong sense of trend awareness and the ability to translate this into high-street relevant product.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, confident, and collaborative team player with a positive, can-do approach.
