Wholesale Merchandiser

We are working with a well-established and friendly ladieswear fashion supplier to the UK high street, who are looking for an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser to join their team.

• This is an exciting opportunity to be a key point of contact between buyers, factories, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth running of the production cycle. You will take ownership of the critical path, ensuring all orders run to schedule and are delivered on time to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the critical path, tracking all key dates from order placement through to delivery.
• Oversee the order process, ensuring all information is accurate and communicated clearly to factories and customers.
• Liaise daily with buyers and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
• Monitor production and shipping schedules, proactively resolving any potential delays or issues.
• Support in the showroom, ensuring samples are accurate, organised, and ready for presentations.
• Provide accurate updates to internal teams on order progress and critical path status.

Person Specification

• Previous experience as a Wholesale Merchandiser within a ladieswear supplier environment.
• Strong knowledge of the critical path and the ability to manage it effectively.
• Excellent Excel and admin skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a commercial outlook.
