Job Description

We are working with an innovative premium brand who are looking for a Wholesale Administrator to support their team across womenswear and menswear.

You will be a good team player who is numerate, analytical, and organised.

As the Wholesale Administrator, you will be required to provide administrative support to the International and UK Wholesale teams on a day to day basis.

This role is located in fabulous Central London offices, with a great company culture and excellent benefits

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Create, manage, update, and send delivery schedules to update customers order status

  • Manage and allocate timely shipment of stock including reorders

  • Run a weekly Balance to Despatch report to keep track of order progress through the different stages it progresses to point of deliver

  • Request and chase orders

  • Send out samples to for photography/range reviews each season.

  • Liaise with warehouse over EAN and stock issues

  • Monitor and resolve daily shortage allocation trackers

  • Make warehouse aware of any ticketing requirements

  • Order and manage barcodes and ensure they are given to Production in a timely manner

  • Review sales orders once selling complete to roll up the buy

  • Manage sizing sheets, ensuring correct size ratios have been bought to fulfil orders

  • Send order confirmations

  • Provide online customers with product information files and EAN codes

  • Manage weekly replenishment orders

  • Liaise with Production regarding samples for Online/Home Shopping to ensure their critical path dates are achieved.

Person Specification:

  • Experience as a Wholesale Administrator in a fashion environment.

  • Clear communicator with ability to communicate to all levels.

  • Numerate, Analytical and Intermediate Excel level.

  • Organised with ability to multitask.

  • Strong initiative and confident at making decisions.
