Job Description
I'm exclusively partnered with a luxury jewellery brand seeking a Wholesale Admin Assistant to join their team. This role will support the Wholesale Sales team managing their global portfolio of partners. It is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a successful, and globally recognised brand. Currently working remotely but will be working in their London office shortly.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Work with and support the Wholesale Sales team in their day to day activities
- Act as go to person for Sales queries and client correspondence for the wholesale team
- Carrying out administrative task such as running reports and client communication
- Dealing with clients repairs and returns and liaising directly with customers from different countries
- Working independently with selected clients and delivering excellence in customer service to promote collections and products
- Using EXCEL to prepare detailed proposals
- Building strong client liaisons to support sales
- Order entry and effective client communication, including complaints handling
- Internal communications with Production to ensure deadlines are met
- Updating and sorting large Excel Data sheets and running reports
- Supporting the planning and delivery of global trade shows
- International diary management
- Covering colleagues during time of absence and annual leave
Person Specification:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with a luxury, global wholesaler
- Degree Educated, ideally with an emphasis on International Business or Fashion
- Keen interest in the Fashion Industry
- Fluent in written business correspondence in English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications
- Experience in using a bespoke or industry recognised software
- Fast and accurate processing of support material for Sales Mangers
- Polished interpersonal communication skills and team spirit
- Adaptable, with a flexible approach to working
- Deadline driven and effective planning skills
