Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Wholesale Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic Premium Fashion Brand to work across the Sales department. You will be a good team player who is numerate, analytical, and organised.
As the Wholesale Admin Assistant, you will be required to provide administrative support to the International and UK Wholesale teams on a day to day basis.

This role is located in fabulous Central London offices, with a great company culture and excellent benefits including annual train ticket loans and fantastic staff discounts.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Being the main point of contact whilst the sales teams are in selling season to trustees and internal departments.
  • Assisting the team in taking telephone enquiries and repeat orders and creating weekly send outs to build our in season repeat business.
  • Aiding buyers and trustees with product codes and swatches, where required.
  • General Office administration tasks of filing orders, sending out orders confirmations, management of showroom standards and samples within the building.
  • Assisting with photographic shoots & selling books seasonally.
  • Assisting the sales team with setting up the showrooms for the new season and general housekeeping.
  • Providing additional support in the showroom during appointments.
  • Sample management globally.
  • Managing and changes within season and supporting the team to communicate these.
  • Assisting Sales Guardians and Sales Leads with entering trustee sales orders and help with chasing in any outstanding orders.
  • Assisting Sales team with end to end process of sales orders, from checking to inputting, also subbing at the end of each season and sending out order confirmations.


Person Specifications:

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to prioritise efficiently and work to deadlines
  • Team Player & confident in being able to work within a large team
  • Willingness to learn and create processes to improve the day to day running of the team and the responsibilities of wholesale to the wider business.
  • Self-motivated
