A fantastic opportunity to work with a large group of companies working with reputable global brands.
The role is based in central London 5 days a week and will be helping on a ladies streetwear brand.
This is a great start for someone who has a year in industry working as a technical administrator.
Main responsibilities Will Include:
- Assist in setting up initial workbooks for new styles
- Assist in the measurement of samples before fit session.
- Update technical workbooks with measurements, across product categories and brands.
- Inspect garments internally and externally whilst measuring
- Log all Fit, SMS, PP and production samples on to Fit List.
- Take notes and photos in fit and risk assessment meetings
- Arrange bookings for both WW & MW
- Assist in sending out production grading to
- Chase test reports and production Review these with the technical team.
- Give approvals on wash care instructions discussing with technical
- Be responsible for all admin / filing associated to the technical department
Person Specifications:
- At least 1year industry work experience within a similar role
- IT skills -Ms office (Word, Excel, etc), MS Outlook, Teams
- Be a quick learner
- Must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, have attention to detail & be a strong team player is crucial
- Ability to work under pressure
