We are recruiting for a fabulous retail brand with a strong online presence as well as stores throughout the UK. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting the right whilst championing and encouraging the use of the most cost-effective recruitment methods and working in partnership with hiring managers to ensure best possible outcome The ideal candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic and have a 'get it done mentality, with demonstrable organisational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to manage and develop effective working relationships with stakeholder groups You will be responsible for overall candidate management, maintaining systems and processes. Previous experience in a similar role with a retail organization is essential for this role

Main Duties and responsibilities will include

  • Candidate generation, identifying and engaging high caliber candidates via job sites, LinkedIn, and social/professional websites
  • Managing the 360 recruitment process seamlessly whilst offering the best experience for candidates and stakeholders
  • Responsibility for maintaining the recruitment activity across all social media channels
  • Understanding hiring managers' needs and shortlisting candidates based on specification
  • Conducting candidate interviews & assessment days, where applicable
  • Forecast operational changes and develop plans to support with resourcing requirements for store openings
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to identify future hiring needs
  • Ensuring candidates receive the best possible pre-on boarding experience
  • Identifying service improvements and encouraging the use of cost-effective recruitment methods
  • Manage, maintain and review candidates through the recruitment cycle
  • Reporting and analysing KPI's
  • Administration, including offer forms, arranging interviews and booking venues


Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a retail organisation preferably a fashion brand
  • Excellent understanding of effective resourcing processes
  • A 'get it done' mentality and a passion for driving good outcomes for the business
  • Has vision and creativity and the ability to constructively challenge conventional thinking
  • Able to work effectively with colleagues to create a collaborative and solution-focused approach to resourcing
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise, organise, and report back accurately and concisely
  • Have a pro-active approach at all times
