We have partnered with a leading streetwear brand who are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to join their growing team.

In this role you will be elevating the brands identity, presence, and strategy across digital platforms. You'll develop and lead social media initiatives that spark engagement and enhance overall brand visibility and traffic. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand connects with the world across key social media platforms.

Based in Birmingham, reporting directly to the Brand Director, you'll be responsible for planning and executing weekly content strategies that ensure every campaign and creative moment is fully activated across social.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a robust social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce and source high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Manage content calendars, aligning posts with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and events.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics, turning insights into strategic actions.
  • Stay ahead of digital and fashion trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.
  • Partner with influencers, stylists, and creatives to strengthen our reach and credibility.
  • Actively engage with the community via DMs, comments, and other touchpoints.
  • Support paid campaigns with complementary organic strategies and content.

Person Specifications:

  • Professional social media experience within the fashion sector.
  • Strong grasp of content creation, digital trends, and platform-specific algorithms.
  • A sharp visual eye and a deep appreciation for fashion and cultural relevance.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Planoly, or similar.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate clearly and creatively.
  • A data-informed approach with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
