My client is a Luxury Fine Jewellery Brand is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join their stunning boutique on New Bond Street. The brand has an exceptional reputation for their quality and style and are a very exciting brand to be associated with.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an excellent level of customer service
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Having a sound product knowledge
- Ability to educate customers on the brand
- Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Ensure company security procedures are followed at all times
- To work to individual sales targets
Person specification:
- Experience working in the luxury retail industry (Fine Jewellery experience is not a requirement)
- Passionate about the Fine Jewellery industry
- Willing to learn and become an industry expert
- Proven sales experience
- A team player who enjoys being part of a strong team
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
