Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Be a Brand ambassador; offer style advice
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers enter the concession store through to point of purchase.
- Understand the core values and culture of the Brand and reflect these in everything you do.
- Engage with customers at every touch point with a friendly and thoughtful approach
- Maintain an upbeat, warm, helpful and authentically Brand environment
- Identify and implement out of box opportunities to exceed customer expectations
- Create a seamless interaction between customers and the instore technology
- Contribute to all concession store operational procedures
- Support visual merchandising presentation strategy and concept standards
- Ensure the shop floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times
- Become an expert on all the brands products
- Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers
- 20 hours per week
- 1+ years sales experience within a fast paced, premium/luxury retail environment in Jewellery, fashion or Beauty
- Ability to gather customer feedback and trends and share said insights with management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can consistently elevate the customer experience by being; proactive, approachable, positive and engaging.
- Ability to identify each customer's unique needs
- Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technology
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive "can do" attitude
