Job Description
This role is for a fabulous fashion jewellery company based in London and they are expanding so are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator with logistics experience to join their team. This role will largely involve sales order processing, liaising with the DC and arranging shipping.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support Managing Director and Operations Manager
- Client and customer query handling
- Varied client order processing
- Liaising with fulfilment centre
- Stock monitoring and reconciliation
- Shipping experience; booking couriers and carriers both domestic and international and monitoring shipments
- File management, manual and electronic
- Office Management, sundries, supplies and equipment
- Meet and greet visitors
