Job Description

This role is for a fabulous fashion jewellery company based in London and they are expanding so are looking for a Junior Sales Administrator with logistics experience to join their team. This role will largely involve sales order processing, liasing with the DC and arranging shipping.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support Managing Director and Operations Manager
  • Client and customer query handling
  • Varied client order processing
  • Liaising with fulfilment centre
  • Stock monitoring and reconciliation
  • Shipping experience; booking couriers and carriers both domestic and international and monitoring shipments
  • File management, manual and electronic
  • Office Management, sundries, supplies and equipment
  • Meet and greet visitors
