Job description
We're looking for a highly organised and commercially driven Merchandiser to manage key off-price retail accounts including Frasers Group, TK Maxx, and Costco. This role will focus on end-to-end account and stock management, including order trading through retailer portals, managing the delivery critical path, and optimising replenishment and sell-through performance.
The role requires regular travel to Frasers' head office in Shirebrook and will suit someone based in London or the Midlands with confident stakeholder management across suppliers, retail partners, and internal teams.
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Frasers Group portal including trading, stock uploads, and order processing
Identify trading opportunities and respond quickly to maximise sell-through
Ensure full compliance with all customer-specific requirements (routing guides, labelling, documentation)
Oversee the product lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring on-time shipments and resolving delays
Coordinate with suppliers to track production and delivery against critical path timelines
Support Costco and TK Maxx accounts with scheduling, documentation, and seasonal volume planning
Monitor stock availability and account performance, recommending repeats or markdowns as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, planning, and finance to support smooth operations and accurate billing
Person Specification:
Previous experience in off-price merchandising, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail
Commercially minded with a deep understanding of value-driven retail environments
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Excel and comfortable using data to inform trading decisions
