Reebok is looking for a detail-driven, ambitious Wholesale Administrator to support their B2B operations. You'll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring customer orders are processed smoothly through their ERP system.

Main Responsibilities will Include:

  • Process and enter B2B customer orders into the ERP system using Excel templates

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details (product codes, quantities, prices, delivery dates)

  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse and Finance) to clarify and validate order information

  • Monitor and update order status, resolve discrepancies or issues in coordination with relevant departments

  • Generate reports on order entry status, volumes, and delivery dates using Excel and ERP tools



Person Specifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong Excel skills - VLOOK Ups, Pivot tables etc.

  • Excellent time management and highly organised

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
